The rolling element bearing test system consists of the spindle driving unit, the spindle lubrication system, the loading system, tested bearing units and monitoring and control system. The tested bearings are installed symmetrically at the two ends of the driving spindle, and the applied axial loads can balance themselves, reducing the axial load of the spindle. Mechanical springs and ball screws are employed to apply the loads, and the accuracy is ensured by PLC closed-loop control. Axial loading system can simultaneously detect both sides of the bearing load value, to ensure consistency. The radial loads are transmitted through socket bearings ensuring load balance between the two tested bearings.
